Campervan Transport

Bess or Olive can be hired for three hours with prices starting at £330. This includes the journey radius of up to 25miles with plenty of time for your photographer to get photographs after the ceremony, and then on to the venue. Additional mileage can be added and calculated on request

We have been providing this unique service since 2009 and nothing says bespoke, cool and vintage like Bess and/or Olive at your wedding. With these two in attendance we guarantee plenty of smiles! If you are looking for something a little different then you have come to the right place.

We provide a non-rushed chauffeur driven service for approximately 3 hours. As part of the booking process we make sure your VDub Vintage Weddings experience is tailored around you as we know every wedding is different. So, you might want us solely for you as the couple, or you might want the groom and best man/ushers collected first and then the bridesmaids taking to the venue before it is your turn to arrive in style. We can do this for you! Bess and/or Olive will also arrive dressed in ribbon and bows to match your individual colour theme for the day adding that further special touch to your big day.

A VDub Vintage Weddings experience also involves the use of the van(s) during your official photographs. We think the more images you have of your big day the better, so we take plenty while we are with you too. We edit them and email them over to you the week after your wedding. To help you, your family and friends relive the memories we also share these on our facebook page (vdubvintage) allowing you to tag and share your favourites while you wait for your official photographer’s photos. 

If you need an extra bit of space for a larger wedding party you also have the option of hiring both Bess and Olive for your day, and prices start at £699 plus any additional mileage (the vans look awesome when hired together)

However, if you want more than a few extra snaps from us, you can take your VDub Vintage Wedding to the next level and include us as the official photographers on your big day, and get full wedding coverage from getting ready through to the first dance

Photography

Photography has long been my passion and so images have been offered as part of our VW wedding vehicle hire service for the last 6 years. This vast experience of over 100 weddings means I really understand what it is people want from their photography service on their big day. This love of photographing the special moments in people’s lives has led to the creation of VDub Vintage Photography.

There are so many aspects of your big day that you will want to capture as a memory so that you can then revisit your wedding day for years to come. As a reportage wedding photographer I endeavor to take photographs that have a relaxed and natural feel. I find this to be the most effective way to achieve the most elegant and beautiful photographs that you and your loved ones will be able to enjoy and treasure for many years.

A wedding day is packed full of fun and emotion and this provides fantastic opportunities to capture people in the moment. Whether it be the emotion of the ceremony, a romantic moment alone as a couple or a fun shot after your wedding breakfast, you will want these moments captured forever. This all means that finding someone you trust to capture your big day is one of the biggest decisions you will make when planning your wedding.

To ensure I do this, and to obtain photographs that represent you as a couple, I offer engagement shoots and the opportunity for a pre wedding shoot as part of our photography packages. This is my chance to get to know you both and vice versa. During this shoot I find out about your likes/dislikes and try out different shots, with plenty of time to get to know which you like the most. It is also a good time to learn about the details of your big day such as the theme, venues and music for your first dance. This allows me to gain an understanding and feel for your day, helping to ensure I capture it for you. This time also helps you to feel comfortable having your photographs taken so that on the day you will feel at ease as I snap away. From experience I know that this results in photographs that represent you both at your most natural. Whilst you are busy enjoying your day you will be secure in the knowledge that your photographs will capture all the moments you didn't notice happening. Prices for Photography start from £699 for the full day, and you also have the option of adding a campervan as your transport at £1200 to get the best of great images and a cool wedding car

Olive - Photo booth

We try and make your day as unique and bespoke as possible, and at vdubvintage believe you should have a creative quirky and fun filled day that only campervans can give. With this in mind we turned Olive into your very own photo booth, which we believe will have your guests talking about all year! So very often it's only the bride and groom that get to travel in a campervan, but now with a little spark of ingenuity your guests can have just as much fun!

Its very simple…. like a normal photo booth your guests will jump in, grab some props and strike a pose! Born and Bread in Lincolnshire, Olive has a brand new photo booth installed that offers great pictures and lots of options!

There is a touch screen display that lets you start the countdown. The images are taken on a fitted DSLR camera for brilliant pictures. They are then printed on a professional high res printer for you to take away!  

Our package includes Olive looking fabulous with vintage dotty curtains, and subtle lighting. Three hours running time so all your guests get lots of chance to use her. A prop box to make very unique and fun pictures, a guest book so the bride and groom get to keep the memories.

Prices start from £445 for locations with a round trip of up to 20 miles from our base in Lincoln. So if you are looking for a photobooth with a little extra, give us a call.

We need access to power on the day so please make sure the venue know we are coming, and there is access to a normal plug socket (not too far away!).

Book Olive with a £100 deposit.  There is also a chance to combine Olive’s photo booth if you book Bess for your transport or our coffee van for your reception. Please contact us for a package price!

Olive is also available for Proms, parties and promotional work to add a little extra to the evening, and can be brought inside if the venue allows.

Campervan Coffee and Bar

We love VW campervans and coffee so much we felt they should go together! VDub Vintage Coffee provides the unique opportunity to encounter delicious fresh coffee served from our beautiful, custom made Dub Box, with a choice of tasty lattes, refreshing iced coffee and yummy hot chocolates.

This distinctive VDub Vintage Coffee experience offers fantastic fresh coffee along with a fun and interesting talking point for those being served.

Its always great to have something for your weddings evening entertainment thats a little bit different, and we think we have that right here!  We do a wedding package thats all inclusive!  You let us know where the wedding is, and we'll take care of the rest.  Prices start from £399 and include 10 miles from our base in Lincoln.  This package includes unlimited hot drinks for your guests, so they can enjoy our amazing fresh coffee, teas, hot chocolates, with marshmallows, along with all the syrups and now including our amazing iced coffee's for those hot summer evenings!  The service lasts for 3 hours so your guests get plenty of time to come back for more, and you can get some fun images of you serving coffee to your friends!

If you are awesome enough to be doing your own outdoors wedding and are in the process of looking for a bar to serve to your guests the coffee van also doubles as its own mobile pub! We can stock fantastic bottled lager, bitter, wines, and spirits, and of course a few cheeky shots. Prices start at £399 including a TENS licence from the council

We just need access to the venue, and power and we can set up within an hour to make sure you have everything ready to go!  If power is an issue we can even bring our own so we are completely self sufficient.
